- Construct a new bell mouth to service the existing café.
- Breakout existing reinforced concrete surfacing.
- Undertake sewer diversions.
- Divert existing utilities.
- Working around existing live services, to ensure the base has 24-hour access.
- Reduce level excavation.
- Foundation construction.
- Construct a new reinforced ground bearing slab.
- Install new storm and foul drainage runs.
- Construct a new concrete yard apron.
