N&G Groundworks Ltd were contracted in by Newlands Holidays to breakout the existing concrete slabs. Forming new concrete aprons, which are much bigger to suffice the needs of the new modern day mobile home. Our scope of works included:

• Recycle the existing concrete by using an onsite mobile crusher, which could be reused to form the sub-base.
• Assemble and erect formwork to the concrete slabs.
• Construct new reinforced ground bearing slabs.
• Alter and divert existing utilities to suit.
