N & G Groundworks has been selected by Nevada Construction as their preferred groundworks contractor for an exciting project. We will be transforming an old swimming pool into two new classrooms and a climbing zone. Our scope of work includes:
- Constructing a new reinforced ground bearing slab
- Installing a new suspended floor over three-quarters of the existing pool
- Creating a new footpath to the building
In addition to this, N & G Groundworks will also be constructing a new Hay Barn to support the equestrian side of the campus. This will involve:
- Excavating and disposing of soil offsite
- Building pad foundations
- Constructing a reinforced ground bearing slab
- Installing storm water drainage and SuDs
- Creating a new concrete apron to service the building
